Role Overview
We are looking for a Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. You’ll play a key role in building scalable APIs, integrating backend services, and supporting the core infrastructure of our event-tech platform. This is an onsite role based in Noida—ideal for someone who enjoys clean code, fast iteration cycles, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and web frameworks like Django or FastAPI
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for mobile and web apps
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage and retrieve data efficiently
- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and internal microservices
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to align backend functionalities
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of backend development experience using Python
- Experience with at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git and basic DevOps practices
- Understanding of authentication protocols like JWT/OAuth
- Ability to debug, test, and optimize code for performance

Good to Have
- Experience with async Python and task queues (e.g., Celery, Redis)
- Basic knowledge of Docker and container-based deployments
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Experience with unit testing (e.g., PyTest) and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and collaboration tools like Jira
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing setups
- Knowledge of basic frontend concepts for better API alignment
