Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with at least 5 years of experience who can architect and develop intuitive, scalable, and performance-oriented user interfaces for our event tech platform. This is an onsite role based in Noida, ideal for someone passionate about clean UI, modular architecture, and frontend performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) and handle shared application state effectively
- Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to consume APIs and build consistent user experiences
- Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation across different browsers and screen sizes
- Optimize web application performance and loading times using best practices (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, memoization)
- Manage and improve frontend build processes and deployment pipelines
- Participate in code reviews, write clean maintainable code, and contribute to technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proficiency in state management using Redux, Zustand, or Context API
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and delivering responsive UIs across devices
- Strong grasp of frontend deployment workflows and familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar
- Knowledge of authentication flows (e.g., JWT-based auth) and secure frontend practices
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to translate Figma/Zeplin designs into production-ready code
- Ability to work independently, handle complexity, and contribute in a collaborative team environment

- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or other UI libraries/frameworks
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture or MVVM, and testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library
- Exposure to CI/CD tools, basic backend concepts (e.g., Node.js), or API mocking/staging tools
- Experience optimizing app performance using Chrome DevTools, React Profiler, or code-splitting strategies
Working knowledge of native integrations (e.g., Swift/Kotlin bridges), QR code rendering, or PDF badge generation
