About Futurelab:

Futurelab Studios is an AI studio based in Bengaluru. We train teams to use AI well, build custom AI tools, and work with companies as their fractional CTO. Our clients range from large consumer brands to foundations running public programmes, across India, Africa, the GCC and Southeast Asia.

The role:

You will run Futurelab’s presence online. Every week we run workshops, ship AI Agents/Custom tools for client and try new things with AI. Your job is to tell the story of the transformation we are facilitating for our customers across corporate and the social impact sector. And keep our digital processes running smoothly while you do it.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and run our LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube calendars
• Turn workshops, projects and client stories into posts, carousels and short videos
• Help shape and publish founder content
• Manage our newsletter, website updates and landing pages
• Keep scheduling, lead forms, CRM and analytics in order
• Report every month on what worked and what we should drop

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience running social media for a brand or an agency. We are looking for atleast 3-5 years of experience.
• A good eye for design; comfortable in Canva and basic video editing
• You write clearly and quickly
• Comfortable with scheduling tools, email platforms and analytics dashboards
• You already use AI tools in your work, or want to get good at them fast

Good to have:

• Experience with B2B or technology brands
• An established social media presence
