E-Commerce Product Compliance Administrator

Job Title: Marketplace Product Compliance Administrator

Day to day responsibilities

  • Reviewing our marketplace account health 
  • Compiling all the issues, prioritising workload, and then executing processes for resolution
  • Contacting seller support teams to ensure accuracy of the issues and resolutions 
  • Documenting results to create a process for issue resolution 
  • Requesting supporting documentation from our suppliers or our accounts team
  • The successful person will be responsible for handling cases directly with suppliers and marketplaces in order to resolve compliance issues.
  • Ensuring the health and prosperity of our marketplace seller accounts.

Skills required:

  • Excellent command over written and oral communication 
  • Need to be organized
  • Enjoy Problem solving
  • Should have “can do” attitude

Experience required: 4+ Years

Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM (IST-Work from Office)

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to INR 7 LPA
