Senior Business Analyst (Digital Products & Platforms)

Location: Bangalore (Work from office)

Experience: 10+ years

CTC: INR 18 – 25 LPA

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST)

The Opportunity

We are investing in a product-led digital strategy built around five user groups (Design, Sales & BD, Licensing, Merch/Production and Finance). We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to define, prioritise and quality-control the roadmap that connects portals, platforms and data into measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on, change-focused role. You will map processes, define requirements and success criteria, and work with engineering and third parties to deliver improvements that reduce manual work and raise adoption.

What You’ll Do

Own Discovery, Requirements & Prioritisation

  • Lead workshops with business teams to define problems, outcomes and measurable success criteria.
  • Translate needs into epics/user stories with acceptance criteria, data definitions and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain and prioritise a single backlog across portals, integrations and platform work.

Design & Production Platform Delivery

  • Define MVP scope for the in-house Design Platform (briefing, boards, assets, trends, compare/search, reporting).
  • Support Production-first delivery via light-touch PLM: capture baseline CP/compliance requirements and user journeys.
  • Ensure user adoption: training needs, process changes, and practical operating procedures.

Process Improvement, Automation & Data Discipline

  • Map ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ flows across order-to-delivery and compliance-critical processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and remove duplication/rekeying across systems.
  • Define master data and governance requirements (product hierarchy, companies/contracts, approval & escalation roles).

Testing, Quality & Delivery Support

  • Define UAT plans, test cases and acceptance thresholds aligned to business outcomes.
  • Support release readiness and rollout planning; capture feedback and iterate.
  • Partner with Tech Lead to ensure delivery remains focused, measurable and supportable.

  • A prioritised, outcome-led roadmap with clear scope and measurable success criteria.
  • Reduced rework through better requirements, acceptance criteria and testing discipline.
  • Higher adoption and fewer workarounds through improved user journeys.
  • Improved data quality and consistent definitions across platforms (products, companies, approvals).
  • Reduced manual processes and duplication across customer, licensor and factory workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital products or systems change.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management across commercial and operational teams.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft-centric environments (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform and/or SharePoint).
  • Experience defining MVP scope and iterating based on adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • A constant desire to ask why.

Desirable

  • Experience with PLM/critical path/compliance processes in apparel, manufacturing or product-based businesses.
  • Experience working with external users/portals (customers, licensors, suppliers) and role-based access models.
  • Exposure to analytics/BI concepts: KPI definition, data models and reporting adoption.
  • Experience supporting vendor selection, onboarding and transition to internal BAU.
