Role Purpose

Bridge business requirements, the Design Portal, WFX/PLM, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Business Central. Work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA and integration teams to translate business processes into functional and technical requirements and work with Dev team for quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years overall IT experience, with strong techno-functional or enterprise integration background.
• Experience of technologies including React/Next.js, NodeJS/NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure components like Service Bus, OAuth/Entra ID and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Business analysis, requirements and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience of Microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Strong REST API, JSON, OData and integration concepts.
• Good SQL/data analysis skills.
• Ability to read API payloads, integration logs and basic application code.
• Functional and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with product/design/PLM processes; apparel, fashion, retail or manufacturing preferred.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of Python, FastAPI, Triton, CLIP, SDXL, ControlNet.
• Business Central AL/custom API knowledge.
• Agentic Claud AI SDLC development.
• WFX or comparable PLM experience.
• Power Automate / Logic Apps.
• Azure DevOps / CI-CD.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and Business Central.
• Apparel/fashion PLM and ERP implementation experience.

Web Portal – Functional Ownership

• Understand design lifecycles.
• Understand user journeys, business rules, workflows, roles and permissions.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.

WFX / PLM

• Understand WFX processes, data structures and APIs.
• Define Design Portal ↔ WFX integration requirements.
• Understand WFX lifecycle/status changes and their impact on the portal.
• Support WFX data mapping, synchronization and reconciliation.

Dynamics 365 / CRM

• Understand D365/Dataverse entities and processes for customers, opportunities, products and design-related information.
• Define D365 ↔ Design Portal/WFX synchronization requirements.
• Understand Dataverse Web API/OData at a functional/technical level.
• Support D365 integration testing and troubleshooting.

Integration & Data Mapping

• Define source-to-target mappings across Design Portal, WFX, D365 and Business Central.
• Define system of record for major entities and attributes.
• Define triggers, payloads, validations and expected responses.
• Define retry, duplicate prevention, reconciliation and reprocessing requirements.
• Understand synchronous APIs, asynchronous messaging and event-driven integration.
• Work with Azure Service Bus and integration teams.

Testing & Release

• Prepare functional and integration test scenarios.
• Support SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Validate end-to-end scenarios across multiple systems.
• Analyse integration failures using logs, payloads and business data.
• Support production readiness and post-release verification.
